What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address, and what you bought. We ask for the phone number so a carrier can reach you about a delivery.

We do not collect or store your card details. Stripe handles payment and receives your card data directly.

When you browse: your browser stores your cart on your own device. That never reaches us until you check out.

Why we use it

To take payment, send your order, contact you about it, handle returns, keep tax and accounting records, and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We will only email you marketing if you have asked us to, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Who processes it for us

Stripe — payment processing, fraud checks and order records.

Vercel — hosting and delivery of this site.

A shipping carrier — your name, address and phone, so the parcel arrives.

Each of these acts under contract and only for the purpose above.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It is readable only by this site, stays on your device, and you can clear it any time by emptying your cart or clearing site data.

Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, which are covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Everything else is kept only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
