Returns & Refunds
How to send something back, and what happens then.
Last updated 10 October 2026
The window
You have return window, e.g. 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return a piece, and return dispatch window, e.g. a further 14 days to send it back.
Start a return by emailing exstsy1@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before we reply. We need to give you the return address.
Condition
Pieces must come back unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them, with any tags still attached. We may reduce a refund to reflect handling beyond what is needed to check fit and condition.
We cannot accept a return that comes back marked, scented, altered or damaged.
Who pays return postage
Return postage is who pays return shipping, you or the customer unless the piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Keep your proof of postage. Until a return reaches us it is your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we have the return and have checked it, we refund within refund processing time, e.g. 5 business days to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take longer to show it.
We refund the price you paid for the piece. Original shipping is refunded only where the whole order is returned because it was faulty or wrong.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email exstsy1@gmail.com within fault reporting window, e.g. 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it, or refund it in full including shipping both ways.
Hand-sprayed artwork varies piece to piece. Variation in the spray, its edge and its placement is a property of how these are made, not a fault.
If you are in the UK or EU
You have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return it. This right sits alongside everything above and is not reduced by it.
Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are also unaffected.
