Who you are buying from

By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation — not when you complete payment, and not when the site shows a success message.

We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including where a piece is no longer available, where a price or description was wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, you get a full refund.

Each piece is made in small runs. Stock shown on the site is our best record of what is left and is not a guarantee of availability.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any tax, duty or import charge, which are shown or explained before you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are read on our server at checkout, so what you pay is the price shown on the product page.

We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect an order already accepted.

Delivery and risk

We ship to the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

You are responsible for giving a correct, complete delivery address. We are not liable for a parcel delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Our intellectual property

The EXSTSY name, the glyph, the garment artwork, the photography and the site itself are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Buying a piece transfers ownership of that garment. It does not transfer any rights in the designs or artwork on it.

Limits on our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. Last updated 10 September 2026.
