Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Processing and delivery

Orders are dispatched within processing time, e.g. 2–5 business days. You get a confirmation, and tracking where the service provides it.

Estimated delivery is domestic delivery estimate within the United States and international delivery estimate internationally, once dispatched. These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.

Cost

Shipping is a flat $10 within New York State and $15 anywhere else in the United States. You choose which before you pay, and it is shown in your total at checkout.

Customs and duties

We do not ship outside the United States at the moment, so no order should attract import duty or a customs charge. If we open international shipping, any duty, tax or carrier handling fee charged on arrival is set by the destination country, is not included in what you pay us, and is yours as the importer.

We declare orders accurately. We cannot mark an order as a gift or understate its value.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for lost parcel threshold, e.g. 10 business days, email exstsy1@gmail.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for a delay caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or an incorrect address you supplied.
